It is not a surprise that Karisma Kapoor is a foodie. Do you know why? That’s because she belongs to the Kapoor Khandaan of Bollywood. Pick anyone from their family, and you’ll know how much they love food. Every family get-together revolves around good food and drinks. However, since they’re in showbiz, they have to keep themselves fit and healthy.

Karisma does just that by balancing her cravings with healthy eating. This Sunday, we saw the actor indulging in a bowl full of fresh fruits. Kiwi, apples, and cherries adorned her bowl, and it looked amazing. She captioned it "#Lolosunday," and we were loving it. She was sitting on the balcony, relaxing and reading a book, and the view looked perfect. The story that followed showed us that she inspired her friend too.

Her friend posted a picture of her balcony view with a cup of coffee and some fruits, along with a book kept on the table. For those of you who follow her closely, you might remember that Karisma started the new year on a healthy note too. Her first meal included coffee and a bowl of sliced fruits like papaya, passion fruit, kiwi, pineapple, cherries, and blueberries.

Now that we remember, we know she's going to try eating clean on most days and following a healthy diet regimen this year. Karisma’s ageless looks and glossy skin may be the result of eating fresh fruits and vegetables. But the natural glow and charming smile are all thanks to the fact that she doesn’t suppress her cravings all the time.
