Ingredients

  • 1 pack Maggi 
  • 1-2 Boiled Eggs 
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic Paste 
  • 1 Onion 
  • ½ Capsicum 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder 
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder 
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 
  • 1 Tomato 
  • Maggi Masala As Taste
  • 1 glass Water
  • Coriander leaves

Steps to Prepare Boiled Egg Masala Maggie Recipe

  1. Heat a pan with oil in it; Start boiling an egg in another vessel
  2. Add a teaspoon full of cumin seeds and temper till they start changing colour
  3. Add one cup chopped onions along with half a piece of chopped capsicum. Allow them to cook for some time
  4. Add some salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and mix
  5. Add chopped tomato and cook until soft. This will take a minute or two
  6. Now, add Maggie masala and mash everything. Adjust the spiciness as per children or adults
  7. Add water and let it come to a boil
  8. Add maggi and let it cook till the noodles start to soften
  9. Peel the boiled egg and cut the pieces as per your choice to add in the prepared masala maggi
  10. To garnish, place a sunny side up egg and some coriander leaves
  11. Serve hot
