A  cook in Cafe Ate PM, Hudson Lane was the first to make the Maggi, and now everyone is rushing to their kitchen to replicate the recipe. He begins by making a tadka using oil, Rajasthani maithania red chilies, and other spices, and then adds a lot of chopped tomatoes and onions, as well as tomato paste, to improve the flavour. Finally, he pours in the water and Maggi, then tops it with coriander leaves. According to them, these ingredients make the Maggi more toothsome and flavorful.
