We all know how Rajasthani food is famed for its spices and tadka, therefore this Rajasthani Maggi is popular with practically everyone. That's how this Maggi was created. Many people are experimenting in their kitchen with this simple Instagram recipe.
A cook in Cafe Ate PM, Hudson Lane was the first to make the Maggi, and now everyone is rushing to their kitchen to replicate the recipe. He begins by making a tadka using oil, Rajasthani maithania red chilies, and other spices, and then adds a lot of chopped tomatoes and onions, as well as tomato paste, to improve the flavour. Finally, he pours in the water and Maggi, then tops it with coriander leaves. According to them, these ingredients make the Maggi more toothsome and flavorful.
In the comments section of the Instagram post, people are raving over the dish. The Maggi sure looks good, and appears to be a crowd pleaser, but we'd have to try the recipe ourselves to make a final judgement.
