• bunch Small bunch of thyme
• 1 Red chilli, chopped
• 500 gram Paella rice
• 250 milliliter White wine
• 1 liter Vegetable Stock
• 200 gram Curly kale, stalks removed and shredded
• 200 gram Frozen peas
• 0.5 X400g jar mild peppadew peppers, sliced
