• 15 ounce can mandarin oranges in water, drained or 3 mandarin oranges/peeled, separated
• 1 Pomegranate arils from pomegranate
• 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
• 2 tablespoon Lime juice
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1.5 teaspoon Poppy seeds
