Ingredients For White Sauce Pasta Recipe

• 2 cup Penne pasta , or use 1 cup pasta for more saucy pasta
• 2 tablespoon Butter Divided
• 1 Small red onion diced or chopped
• 1 Small red pepper sliced
• 1 Small green pepper sliced
• 0.75 cup Broccoli florets optional
• 1 tablespoon Oil
• 4 Large garlic cloves finely chopped
• 1.5 tablespoon All purpose flour also known as maida
• 1.5 cup Milk warm
• 0.5 cup Heavy cream or use milk, cream makes it more creamier
• 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
• 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes optional
• As required Salt To Taste
• As required Black pepper to taste
• 0.5 cup Grated processed cheese i used cheddar, optional, cheese makes it richer
• Parmesan cheese optional, to serve, make sure it's vegetarian
