• 1 pound Venison, diced with all sinew removed i used leg meat
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 2.5 cup Diced potatoes, i left the skin
• 2 cup Diced carrots
• 1 cup Diced celery
• 1 Large onion, diced
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 2 teaspoon Herbs de provence
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 0.75 teaspoon Black pepper
• 15 can 1 0z. diced tomatoes
• 4 cup Unsalted beef stock or venison stock
• 34 dash Worcestershire sauce
