STEP 1.Take some soya chunks and soak for 15 minutes.
STEP 2.Keema masala take two table spoons of coriander seeds, fennel seeds, nutmeg, green cardamom, red chilli powder, gram flour, black pepper and salt to taste, now grind them in mixture grinder.

STEP 1.Now take this masala out.
STEP 3.Take a pan, heat some oil, add one tblspn of cumin seeds, garlic paste, cinnamon stick. Add some chopped onions, now add the prepared masala, roast for 15 minutes.
STEP 4.Keep adding ghee if needed. Add some tomato paste as well. Cook for few minutes.
STEP 5.Add some coriander leaves, some farmcheese and green chillies. Now add the soyabean in it. Cook for some 5 minutes.
STEP 6.Serve hot and chilly.
