Ingredients For Tuna Melt Recipe

• 4 can 5 oz tuna packed in water, drained
• 0.25 C. celery finely diced
• 2 tablespoon Red onion finely minced
• 1 teaspoon Flat leaf parsley finely minced
• 0.5 3/4 c. mayonnaise add a little at a time
• 1 teaspoon Mustard dijon or stone ground
• 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• 8 piece Bread your favorite
• 4 Cheese slices your favorite
• Butter for bread, to toast
• 4 Tomato slices
