1 tablespoon mustard oil
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
To cook the rice
1 cup basmati rice
2 cup Water
1 black cardamon
1 bay leaf
As required Salt
1 teaspoon Oil
Rest of the ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon desi ghee
1 cup finely chopped onions
3 small cardamon pods
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
4 black peppercorns
0.5 teaspoon Shahi jeera
2 Cloves
0.5 cup coriander leaves
2.5 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon biryani masala to sprinkle between the layers
1 teaspoon lemon juice to sprinkle
1 tablespoon strands of saffron + 1 milk or 1/4 tsp edible food color
