Tomato soup is a tomato based thick soup, it can be served with hot or cold and may be made in a variety of ways and This is our indian style tomato soup, This is a popular winter recipe in india
STEP 1.Heat the butter in a cooker,add the garlic and onion and saute on medium flame for 1 minutes
STEP 2.Add the chopped tomatoes,bay leaf, cloves , black peppercorns and mix well
STEP 3.Add 2 glasses of water and salt mix well and pressure cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 whistle
STEP 4.Remove from the flame,allow the steam to escape before opening the lead and keep aside to cool, remove the bayleaf and discard it, allow the mixture to cool completely
STEP 5.Blend the mixture in a mixer till smooth and strain it using a strainer
STEP 6.Heat the pan, add the mixture of the tomato soup ,red chilli powder, black pepper powder,sugar and salt
STEP 7.Bring to a boil,while stirring occasionally and shimmer for 5 minutes
STEP 8.Garnish the tomato soup with fresh cream and serve hot with bread crutons.
