• 3 Tomatoes 3 large tomatoes or 6 small tomatoes, sliced
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
• 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped
• 2 tablespoon Fresh basil sliced
