A simple cake prepared without egg with matcha, ladyfinger biscuits, mascarpone and matcha powder. Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of cakes and other desserts. A layer of espresso-soaked sponge fingers, then another layer of rich mascarpone filling, a sprinkle of cocoa powder, then ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese and cocoa powder.

Directions : Tiramisu Cake Recipe

STEP 1.In a bowl add matcha powder,warm water and mix well

STEP 2.Then add 40 ml coconut liquor,mix and pour the mixture onto a plate

STEP 3.Take a bowl add mascarpone cheese,sugar,vanilla sugar,milk and remaining of the coconut liquor and beat it until it becomes stiff

STEP 4.Now dip the lady finger biscuits into the matcha mixture and put them in cake pan for the first layer

STEP 5.With the mascarpone cheese mixture cover the ladyfinger biscuits layer and repeat the steps,and finish it with the layer of mascarpone cheese

STEP 6.Keep it in fridge for at least 4 hours to overnight

STEP 7.Now half the ladyfinger biscuits and sprinkle them with matcha powder and place them around the cake

STEP 8.Lastly sprinkle the matcha powder for garnishing
