About Tiramisu Cake Recipe:
A simple cake prepared without egg with matcha, ladyfinger biscuits, mascarpone and matcha powder. Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of cakes and other desserts. A layer of espresso-soaked sponge fingers, then another layer of rich mascarpone filling, a sprinkle of cocoa powder, then ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese and cocoa powder.

- 4 teaspoon matcha powder
- 250 gram Water
- 80 milliliter coconut liquor
- 500 gram Mascarpone
- 75 gram Sugar
- 8 gram vanilla sugar
- 150 milliliter Milk
- 200 gram ladyfinger biscuits

How to Make Tiramisu Cake Recipe
STEP 01
In a bowl add matcha powder,warm water and mix well
STEP 02
Then add 40 ml coconut liquor,mix and pour the mixture onto a plate
STEP 03
Take a bowl add mascarpone cheese,sugar,vanilla sugar,milk and remaining of the coconut liquor and beat it until it becomes stiff
STEP 04
Now dip the lady finger biscuits into the matcha mixture and put them in cake pan for the first layer
STEP 05
With the mascarpone cheese mixture cover the ladyfinger biscuits layer and repeat the steps,and finish it with the layer of mascarpone cheese
STEP 06
Keep it in fridge for at least 4 hours to overnight
STEP 07
Now half the ladyfinger biscuits and sprinkle them with matcha powder and place them around the cake
STEP 08
Lastly sprinkle the matcha powder for garnishing
