• dash Few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
• 6 cup Torn mixed salad greens
• 2 cup Fresh vegetables such as bean sprouts, halved pea pods, and/or sliced carrots, yellow summer squash, zucchini, cucumber, and/or onions
• 2 Oranges, peeled, halved lengthwise, and thinly sliced
• 12 ounce Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
• 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
