Raphei Hoksa is a traditional Tangkhul Naga. It is an easy to cook and eat pork. This pork is stewed for hours in Sirarakhong chilli powder which is locally available in Urkhul district. This dish is not just delicious but superlatively delicious where the pork is juicy, tender, and goes perfectly with piping hot rice.
