  • 1 kilogram crab
  • 6 Nos fresh chilli peppers
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 2 Nos shallots
  • 8 Nos garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon fermented soybean paste
  • 300 gram Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 2 Nos eggs

How to Make Sinapore Style Chilli Crab Recipe

Wash and clean the crab, scrub it and cut it into quarters. Grind chillies, ginger, garlic and shallots. Prepare a mixture of cornstarch and water. Add oil in a pan and heat it. Then add ground ingredients and saute it. Add the crab pieces in the pan.

Now add ferment bean paste and saute it for 3 mins. Then add water and increase the flame and let it boil. Add sugar, ketchup, salt as per taste and once it starts boiling cover it. Now cook it at medium flame for 10 mins. Add cornstarch mixture and beaten eggs. Garnish with scallions.
