Sweet & Sticky Grilled Chicken Recipe

Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
• STEP 2.Place the chicken in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
• STEP 3.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
• STEP 4.Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165掳F (74掳C).
• STEP 5.During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with additional marinade to create a sticky glaze.
• STEP 6.Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Cooking Tips

• Make sure to preheat the grill to medium-high heat to ensure even cooking.
• For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of fresh lime juice to the marinade.
• If you don't have a grill, you can also cook the chicken in a grill pan or bake it in the oven at 400掳F (200掳C) for about 20-25 minutes.
• To check if the chicken is cooked through, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken. It should read 165掳F (74掳C).

Storage and Serving
