This sweet & sour salad has the perfect amount of tang and the perfect amount of sweet i originally shared this recipe in july of 2010. it was one of the dishes i had served.
12 ounce Lettuce and spinach washed and torn into pieces
0.5 cup Mushrooms fresh and thinly sliced
0.25 Sweet onions purple, thinly sliced
1 piece Avocado sliced in small
4 piece Slices bacon or ham cooked and cut into small
0.5 cup Swiss cheese grated
0.5 can Grapes you substitute mandarin oranges or pineapple
0.6200000000000001 cup Sugar one heaping 1/2 cup
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Canola oil
1.5 teaspoon Poppy seeds
