• 4 tablespoon Butter olive oil is fine as well
• 4 ounce Sundried tomatoes
• 1 cup Fat free milk you can use any milk you prefer
• 2 tablespoon Corn starch or flour
• 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
