• 0.5 Quantity of cooked meatballs used in the recipe japanese pork meatballs with two sauces , hot or room temperature
• 80 gram Carrot, roll cut to 4cm lengths
• 80 gram Capsicum, cut into 3cm cubes
• 80 gram Boiled bamboo shoot, cut into 3cm wedges
• 0.5 Onion, cut 1/2 horizontally, then wedges
• 3 Shiitake mushrooms, cut into quarter
• 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
• 2 tablespoon Mirin
• 2 tablespoon Sake
• 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
• 0.5 tablespoon Tomato sauce
