STEP 1.In a small bowl or mug add water and jaggery.
Soak for 20 min.
STEP 2.Take a mixer jar, add raw mango cubes, mint leaves and green chillies.
STEP 3.Add black Salt.
STEP 4.Then add prepared jaggery water.
STEP 5.Finally add cumin powder.
STEP 6.Grind it well for about 1 minute.
STEP 7. Take out this mixture in a bowl and water.
STEP 8.Finally, add ice cubes.
STEP 9.In plate add red chilli powder, salt and mix it well.
Dip the glass in this mixture.
STEP 10.Pour the kacchi kairi sharbat into glasses.
STEP 11.Optionally add raw mango chunks into the sharbat while serving.
