Ingredients for Sugar free Kacchi Kairi Sharbat Recipe

  • 1/2 cup slices raw mango chopped finely
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mint leaves
  • 1.50 Pieces Ice cubes
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Geen Chillies
  • 0.13 Cups Jaggery
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 Cups water
  • 0.13 Tsp Cumin powder

Directions: Sugar Free Kacchi Kairi Sharbat Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a small bowl or mug add water and jaggery. Soak for 20 min.
  • STEP 2.Take a mixer jar, add raw mango cubes, mint leaves and green chillies.
  • STEP 3.Add black Salt.
  • STEP 4.Then add prepared jaggery water.
  • STEP 5.Finally add cumin powder.
  • STEP 6.Grind it well for about 1 minute.
  • STEP 7. Take out this mixture in a bowl and water.
  • STEP 8.Finally, add ice cubes.
  • STEP 9.In plate add red chilli powder, salt and mix it well. Dip the glass in this mixture.
  • STEP 10.Pour the kacchi kairi sharbat into glasses.
  • STEP 11.Optionally add raw mango chunks into the sharbat while serving.
