Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375掳F (190掳C) and prepare a pie dish.
• STEP 2.In a large bowl, combine the fruit, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the fruit evenly.
• STEP 3.Roll out the pie crust and place it in the prepared pie dish. Trim any excess dough.
• STEP 4.Pour the fruit filling into the pie crust, spreading it out evenly.
• STEP 5.Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut it into thin strips. Create a lattice pattern on top of the pie by weaving the strips over and under each other.
• STEP 6.Brush the lattice crust with an egg wash for a golden finish.
• STEP 7.Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
• STEP 8.Allow the pie to cool for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve warm or cold.
