• 12 ounce 2 steaks -new york, sirloin etc
• 8 cup Mesclun -mixed greens
• 2 Green Onions Sliced
• 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
• 1 Avocado sliced
• 1 cup Queso fresco -you can substitute feta, crumbled
• Cilantro lime vinaigrette -recipe follows
• Granulated Garlic
• Chili powder
• Salt
• Coarse black pepper -butcher's grind works here
• 1 tablespoon Lime juice -fresh squeezed
• 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil -depends on how big your lime is
• 2 teaspoon Honey
• 2 tablespoon Finely sliced cilantro leaves stems discarded
• 0.5 teaspoon 1/4- salt to taste
• 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
