There is absolutely nothing mild about the heat or flavoring aromatics of this recipe. Those little Thai bird chilis might be little but they are quite mighty.

Directions : Spicy And Sour Prawns Recipe

STEP 1.1 in a small bowl combine 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp white vinegar and mix well.

STEP 2.2 in a wok heat 2 tbsp peanut oil, add 2 ½ cm finely chopped ginger, 3 cloves finely chopped garlic, 2 finely chopped red chillies and stir fry for a few seconds.

STEP 3.3 turn the heat to high, add 500 gm shelled and deveined prawns and stir fry for 30 seconds.

STEP 4.4 add 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce and the lemon and vinegar mixture and stir fry for 1 minute.

STEP 5.5 remove from the heat, transfer to a dish and serve.
