• 0.75 cup Low fat buttermilk, shaken well
• 0.25 cup Nonfat plain greek yogurt
• 3 tablespoon Light sour cream
• 3 tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
• 2 tablespoon Chives, Chopped
• 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
• 3 teaspoon Lemon juice
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
• 0.5 tablespoon Canned chipotle peppers in adobo, minced or just use the liquid
• Directions:mix everything together except the chipotle peppers. slowly add the peppers, tasting along the way until it reaches your desired spice level
• 2 slices cooked bacon
• 4 ounce Deli turkey
• 3 cup Butter lettuce
• 0.5 cup Tomatoes, Chopped
