  • 0.38 cup Low fat buttermilk, shaken well
  • 0.13 cup Nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1.50 tablespoon Light sour cream
  • 1.50 tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chives, Chopped
  • 1/2 Garlic Clove, Minced
  • 1.50 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4-1.50 tablespoon Canned chipotle peppers in adobo, minced or just use the liquid
  • As required Directions:mix everything together except the chipotle peppers. slowly add the peppers, tasting along the way until it reaches your desired spice level
