STEP 1.Firstly, take sooji, til and add ghee, crumble and mix well until the Sooji is moist enough.Add milk and start to knead the dough.
STEP 2.knead the dough for at least 5 minutes, adding more milk if required.knead to a soft dough, cover and rest for 20 minutes.
STEP 3.After 20 minutes, knead the dough again to have a smooth and soft dough.Now pinch a large ball sized dough.
STEP 4.Using a rolling pin, roll to slightly thick thickness.cut to a diamond shape or shape of your choice. you can also cut to a square shape if you wish for.
STEP 5.Deep fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on low.stir carefully, without breaking the sooji shakarpara.
STEP 6.Fry on low flame, until they turn golden and crisp.Drain off the sooji shakarpare over kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
STEP 7.Put Sugar and water in a bowl and dissolve it and make a syrup of a 1 string consistency.And add crispy shakarpare . Mix it well.
STEP 8.Finally, enjoy sooji shakarpare.
