Directions : Sesame Sweet Soup Recipe

STEP 1.Step 1. Use low heat to toast the black sesame seeds. Add the white sesame seeds too and roast till they turn golden brown.

STEP 2.Make sure the sesame seeds are washed and soaked before toasting.

STEP 3.After roasting the seeds for 9 minutes put the sesame seeds, rice and water into the blender. Blend at low speed for 2 minutes before turning to high speed. Make a paste.

STEP 4.Add water, rock candy and sesame seeds paste in the pan. Stir slowly

STEP 5.Check the thickness and sweetness of the soup.

STEP 6.Once it comes in a thick consistency. Add the glutinous rice balls, cook in medium low heat. Stir continuously.

STEP 7.After 10 minutes the soup is ready to be served.
