Directions : Roti John Recipe

STEP 1.Toast the baguette in an oven/toaster for oven minutes and if the baguette is long then cut it horizontally.

STEP 2.1.add a pinch of salt and black pepper to the egg and beat it lightly and keep it aside.

STEP 3.2.add curry powder and a small pinch of salt to the ground meat and mix it.

STEP 4.3.heat a pan & stir fry the onions,add in the ground meat and continue to stir until the colour of the meat changes

STEP 5.4.now pour the egg into the meat .

STEP 6.5.then bring the baguette and place the cut side down onto the pan and press it so the baguette absorbs it well.

STEP 7.6.gently push the filling that comes out from the sides.

STEP 8.7.turn off the flame and quickly flip over the baguette in a plate.

STEP 9.Add cheese(optional)

STEP 10.9.optionally top with lettuce cucumber and tomato slices
