Ingredients for Roti John Recipe

  • 1/2 long baguette
  • 100 gram ground meat
  • As required Slices Of Cheese
  • As required Lettuce
  • As required Tomato Sliced
  • As required Cucumber slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon meat curry powder
  • 0.33 Nos large onion
  • 1 Nos large egg beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • As required Sauces
  • As required Ketchup
  • As required Mayonnaise
  • As required Sriracha chilli sauce

Directions: Roti John Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Toast the baguette in an oven/toaster for oven minutes and if the baguette is long then cut it horizontally.

  • STEP 2.1.add a pinch of salt and black pepper to the egg and beat it lightly and keep it aside.

  • STEP 3.2.add curry powder and a small pinch of salt to the ground meat and mix it.

step 5

  • STEP 4.3.heat a pan & stir fry the onions,add in the ground meat and continue to stir until the colour of the meat changes

  • STEP 5.4.now pour the egg into the meat .

step 7

  • STEP 6.5.then bring the baguette and place the cut side down onto the pan and press it so the baguette absorbs it well.

step 8

  • STEP 7.6.gently push the filling that comes out from the sides.

step 9

  • STEP 8.7.turn off the flame and quickly flip over the baguette in a plate.

step 11

  • STEP 9.Add cheese(optional)

step 12

  • STEP 10.9.optionally top with lettuce cucumber and tomato slices
