• 0.5 bunch Flat leaf parsley, chopped, save some for garnishing
• 2 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Black pepper
• 2 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
• 1 tablespoon Dried thyme
• 1 tablespoon Dried tarragon
• 2 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
• 2 Lemons
• 2 teaspoon Lemon zest
• 0.5 cup Olive oil, extra virgin, divided in 1/2
• 8 piece 2 sweet onions, cut into six
• 4 Shallots, peeled and cut in 1/2
• 12 Cloves garlic, peeled
• 2 Lemons, sliced, for a total of 4 in the recipe
