Katori means a small cup. It is prepared in a variety of ways, using either all-purpose flour or potatoes. But here to make it jain food (no potato, no garlic, no onion), i am using raw bananas to make the baskets! sprouts in combination with raw mangoes, pomegranate seeds and grapes is giving a twist to the dish!.
