Directions : Posta Sudada Recipe

STEP 1.take beef stock, water, aliños sauce, tomatoes, sazón and cumin powder in a pot. Boil it and reduce the flame. Cook it at low flame for 1 1/2 hour while stirring it occasionally.

STEP 2.Season it with some salt. To this add the potatoes and yuca and cook it for 30-45 minutes. Sprinkle some cilantro on topand serve it with some white rice .
