Cooking Directions

STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375��F (190��C).
STEP 2.In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts and pesto sauce. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
STEP 3.Cut four pieces of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long.
STEP 4.Divide the chicken and vegetables evenly among the foil pieces. Place them in the center of each foil piece.
STEP 5.Fold the foil over the chicken and vegetables to create a packet. Seal the edges tightly.
STEP 6.Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
STEP 7.Carefully open the packets, taking care to avoid the steam. Serve the pesto chicken packets hot.
