• 1 cup Raw Pecans
• 1 cup Panko Crumbs
• 3 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Rosemary
• 0.5 cup Flour
• 2 Eggs
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt plus 1/2 teaspoon more for flour mixture
• 0.25 teaspoon Ground pepper plus 1/4 teaspoon more for flour mixture
• Honey mustard dip
• 0.25 cup Yellow Mustard
• 0.25 cup Honey
• 0.25 cup Plain yogurt. i used 2% but non fat will work. it will just be a little thinner sauce
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
