STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan. Add all the whole spices and let them crackle.
STEP 2.Add onion and saute for few minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till fragrant.
STEP 3.Add all the powdered spices and mix well. Add tomato puree and cook for few minutes.
STEP 4.Add a cup of water and lower the flame. Add curd and mix well.
STEP 5.Season with salt and let it simmer for 5mins. Add paneer cubes and cook for 2 mins.
STEP 6.Lastly add garam masala and kasuri methi, cook for 2mins more and turn off the flame.
STEP 7.Serve hot with chapatti
