Ingredients for Aam Doi Recipe

  • As required Mango Puree – ½ cup
  • As required Yogurt – ½ cup thick hung yogurt.
  • As required Evaporated Milk – ½ cup
  • 1/2 tbsps Sugar –
  • As required Condensed Milk – ¼ cup
  • As required Cardamom Powder – ¼ tsp
  • As required Saffron – few strands

Directions: Aam Doi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix the puree, yogurt, evaporated milk, sugar, condensed milk and cardamom powder.
  • STEP 2.Taste it now and adjust the sweet according.
  • STEP 3.Pour this mixture equally in the ramekins and add a couple of saffron strands on top.
  • STEP 4.Now, bake this for about 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Basically, when you insert a toothpick in the center it should come out clean.Now let it cool and refrigerate for about 3 to 4 hours.
  • STEP 5.That’s it. Aam Doi is ready.
