Ingredients for Papad Danla Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Papad
  • 1/2 Pieces Sliced potato
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • As Required Salt as per taste
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/4 Pieces Bay leaf
  • As Required Whole garam masala
  • 1/4 Tsp cumin paste
  • 0.13 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Cups Sliced Tomato
  • 0.13 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Tbsp Clarified butter
  • 0.13 Tsp Garam masala powder

Directions: Papad Danla Recipe

  • STEP 1.First boiled the potato and fry papad in hot oil.
  • STEP 2.Now take a pan, add 2tbsp oil and heat it medium! Then add whole garam masala & also a bayleaf.. now add boiled sliced potato and fry well.
  • STEP 3.Now add ginger and cumin paste and saute well. Then add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder one by one. Put a lid and in low flame cook for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Now add sliced potato stor well and again put the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Now add water and again put the lid and wait till the gravvy become thick.
  • STEP 5.Atlast add papad into the gravy stir lightly. Then add garam masala powder and clarified butter into it. Serve hot with a plate of rice.
