Ingredients for Paneer Masala Recipe

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 nos Bay leaves
  • 1 nos -inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 0-1 nos Cloves
  • 2 nos Cardamom Pods
  • 1 nos medium onion
  • As required Chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • As required ½ tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • As required ½ tsp coriander powder
  • As required ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 cup Fresh Tomato Puree/Tomato Pulp
  • As required ½ cup curd
  • As required whisked
  • As required Paneer
  • As required Cubes
  • As required ¼ tsp Garam Masala powder
  • As required ½ tsp Kasuri Methi

Directions: Paneer Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan. Add all the whole spices and let them crackle.
  • STEP 2.Add onion and saute for few minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add all the powdered spices and mix well. Add tomato puree and cook for few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add a cup of water and lower the flame. Add curd and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Season with salt and let it simmer for 5mins. Add paneer cubes and cook for 2 mins.
  • STEP 6.Lastly add garam masala and kasuri methi, cook for 2mins more and turn off the flame.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with chapatti
