• 300 gram Prawns cooked
• 3 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 Onion chopped medium
• 1 Garlic clove crushed
• 0.5 Red capsicum chopped medium
• 0.5 Green capsicum chopped medium
• 2 Red chillies chopped fresh
• 2 Tomatoes skin off
• 100 gram Frozen peas
• 300 gram Rice
• 1 L massel chicken style liquid stock
• 1 pinch Seasoning *to taste
