• 2 Nectarines, halved, pitted, and coarsely chopped
• 1.5 piece fresh root ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 teaspoon soya sauce
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 kilogram boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
• 1 piece red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into bite sized
• 1 piece yellow bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into bite sized
• Crisp green salad, to serve
