• 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
• 0.5 cup Pearl barley
• 1 Parmesan rind
• 1 cup Miniature shell pasta
• 1 can Garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
• 1 cup Cabbage chopped
• 1 cup Frozen green beans
• 1 cup Frozen peas
