My first learning of cooking was from my mother. My mom likes sweets very much. So I gave this sweet to my mother as a gift on this Women's Day.
STEP 1.First in a bowl mix hot milk and pinch of saffron together. In a microwave prove bowl you have to mix milk powder, condensed milk and ghee together.
Then pour the mixture in a microwave oven and cook for 2 minutes at 100% power to make khoya/ mawa.
Then in a pan, boil the liquid milk and khoya/mawa well together.
When the mixture thickens, stir in the milk-soaked saffron and pistachio powder evenly until the mixture leaves the pan.
Then put a little ghee on a plate and pour the mixture and spread almonds on top.
Then when it is cold, it can be cut and arranged as desired.
