  • STEP 1.In a non-stick pan, heat ghee and add milk powder. Roast it on low heat for a few minutes until it turns light golden.
  • STEP 2.Add condensed milk and mix well. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 3.Add cardamom powder and mix well. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
