Directions : Lorraine Potatoes Recipe

Cooking Directions

STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375��F (190��C) and grease a baking dish.
STEP 2.Layer the sliced potatoes, bacon, and cheese in the baking dish, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
STEP 3.Pour the cream over the potatoes and cover the dish with foil.
STEP 4.Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
STEP 5.Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before serving.

Storage and Serving

Lorraine potatoes can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
