An easy instant roll prepared from deep fried pork roll wrapped with bean curd skin is Malasian dish wich is loaded with flavours and spices and is the best dish tobe served on parties and get togethers as it is a delicious treat to your taste buds.
STEP 1.Mix all the seasonings and marinate the lean pork strips.
STEP 2.Keep the marinated pork overnight.
STEP 3.Chop the water chestnuts and add it to the marinated pork along with garlic,onion & mix well.
STEP 4.Put one sheet of pre cut bean curd skin on a flat surface & lightly dab it with some water to soften it.
STEP 5.Now add the mixture onto the sheets,fold in the two sides and roll it up tightly.
STEP 6.Seal the edges with the marinate juice
STEP 7.1.add 2 cups of oil in a wok & heat it.
STEP 8.2.now place the meat rolls into the wok and deep fry it until golden brown.
STEP 9.3.once fried take out the meat rolls and serve it with sliced cucumber and chili sauce.
