- 500 gram lean pork
- 2 piece bean curd sheets
- 300 gram water chestnuts
- 1 Nos onion
- 2 Nos garlic cloves
- 1 Nos cucumber
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock granules
- 2 teaspoon five spice powder
- 1 Nos egg
- 1 dash white pepper powder

How to Make Lor Bak Recipe
STEP 01
Mix all the seasonings and marinate the lean pork strips.
STEP 02
Keep the marinated pork overnight.
STEP 03
Chop the water chestnuts and add it to the marinated pork along with garlic,onion & mix well.
STEP 04
Put one sheet of pre cut bean curd skin on a flat surface & lightly dab it with some water to soften it.
STEP 05
Now add the mixture onto the sheets,fold in the two sides and roll it up tightly.
STEP 06
Seal the edges with the marinate juice
STEP 07
1.add 2 cups of oil in a wok & heat it.
STEP 08
2.now place the meat rolls into the wok and deep fry it until golden brown.
STEP 09
3.once fried take out the meat rolls and serve it with sliced cucumber and chili sauce.
