Directions : Lavang Latika Recipe

STEP 1.Fry khoya gently for 20-25 mins.

STEP 2.After it

STEP 3.S cooked leave it to cool down.

STEP 4.Then add powdered cardamom,ground sugar and chironji seeds.

STEP 5.Prepare one bowl of sugar syrup.

STEP 6.Knead white flour with 1 tbsp oil and water.

STEP 7.Make a dough.

STEP 8.1.take a small amount of dough and flatten it.

STEP 9.2.now stuff the centre with khoya.

STEP 10.3.fold it and fry it until it appears golden brown.

STEP 11.4.now insert one clove on each fried longlatta.

STEP 12.5.then dip the longlatta into sugar syrup
